Yingfeng Zhang has served as the chairman of the board for Shanda Games since November 2014 and the acting chief executive officer for Shanda Games since October 2014. Mr. Zhang joined Shanda Interactive in 2001 and was the head of the legal and IP department of Shanda Interactive and in charge of screening, negotiations and licensing of online games, including "Mir II". After the spinoff of Shanda Games in 2009, Mr. Zhang served as the general counsel and vice president of Shanda Interactive as well as a partner of Shanda Capital. On behalf of Shanda Interactive, he was involved in the daily operations of various subsidiaries of Shanda Interactive including Hangzhou Bianfeng Networking Technology Co., Ltd., Haofang Co., Ltd. and Shanda Games. Mr. Zhang also has extensive experience in capital market transactions and participated in the initial public offering of Shanda Interactive and Shanda Games, the privatization of Shanda Interactive, and the trade sale of Bianfeng and Haofang. Prior to joining Shanda Interactive, Mr. Zhang worked with Shanghai Hujiang Law Firm.
Mr. Zhang holds a Bachelor degree in law from East China University of Political Science and Law and a LL.M. degree from SMU Dedman School of Law.
Danian Chen has served as the director for Shanda Games since June 2008. Mr. Chen has served in various capacities at Shanda Interactive, most recently as the chief operating officer from 2008 to 2012. Mr. Chen has served as a member of the board of directors of Shanda Interactive since its inception in 1999. Mr. Chen also served as a member of the board of directors of Cloudary Corporation. Prior to establishing Shanda Interactive, Mr. Chen held various positions with Star Trans International Ltd., Haijie Shipping Agency Company, and Jinyi Network Company from 1996 to 1999.
Li Yao has served as a director for Shanda Games since March 2013 and the chief financial officer of Shanda Games since April 2015. Mr. Yao has served as a director of Actoz since March 2013 and previously as a director and the chief financial officer of Actoz from March 2008 to March 2012 and from March 2008 to July 2011, respectively. Mr. Yao served as a senior vice president and head of finance of Shanda Interactive from June 2013 to April 2015, previously as a vice president and the head of finance of Shanda Interactive from November 2007 to June 2013 and as the chief finance officer of Ku6 Media Co., Ltd. from October 2009 to September 2010. Prior to joining Shanda Interactive, Mr. Yao was devoted in public accounting service, including working at KPMG for over 11 years.
Mr. Yao graduated from the College of International Business and Management of Shanghai University with a finance major and an executive master of business administration degree from Fudan University. Mr. Yao is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of the PRC.
Mr. Shaolin Liang has served as a vice president at Ningxia Zhongyin Cashmere International Group Co., Ltd. since February 2015. Mr. Liang previously served at Ningxia Zhongyin Cashmere Co., Ltd. (SHENZHEN: 000982) as a vice president from December 2007 to February 2015 and as a member of its board of directors from December 2007 to December 2014. From 1999 to December 2007, he served as a vice president of Ningxia Lingwu Zhongyin Cashmere Co., Ltd. From 1995 to 1999, Mr. Liang served as the section chief of the State Post Bureau of the People's Republic of China. He worked for the State Post Bureau of the People's Republic of China and Beijing Municipal Postal Administration from March 1986 to 1992 and from 1983 to 1986, respectively.
Mr. Liang received his bachelor's degree from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 1982 and a master's degree in project planning and development from the University of Bradford in 1994.
Heng Wing Chan
Heng Wing Chan has served as the independent director for Shanda Games since June 2009. Mr. Chan also serves as an independent director of Banyan Tree Holdings, a resort development and management group, and Fraser and Neave, Limited, a 130 year old food and beverage company with interests in property and publishing, both of which are listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. Mr. Chan has served as the chairman of the Asia Center of the Milken Institute since September 2013. Prior to that, Mr. Chan served as the managing director of international relations for Temasek International Pte. Ltd., an investment company based in Singapore and wholly owned by the Singapore Ministry of Finance. Mr. Chan previously served as the chief representative of Temasek in China and was primarily responsible for managing Temasek’s relationships with foreign governments and private enterprises.
Mr. Chan serves as a senior advisor to the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs and is Singapore's High Commissioner to the People's Republic of Bangladesh, resident in Singapore. Prior to that, Mr. Chan served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Information of Singapore, including serving in Singapore’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations, as Consul-General to Hong Kong, Ambassador to Thailand and Consul-General to Shanghai. Mr. Chan also served as the Press Secretary to Prime Minister Goh Chok Tong and head of the Media Division in the Singapore Ministry of Information and the Arts.
Mr. Chan holds a Bachelor and Master degree in philosophy from the University of Singapore and a degree from the Columbia Graduate School of Journalism in American.
Lijun Lin has served as our director since May 2009. Mr. Lin previously served as the chief executive officer of China Universal Asset Management Co., Ltd., which is one of the largest asset manager in China, from 2004 to 2015. Prior to that, he served as a manager and an assistant director of the listing department of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and served at the China Securities Regulatory Commission as a regulator.
Mr. Lin obtained a bachelor's and a master's degree in economics from Fudan University and a master of business administration degree from the Harvard Business School.
Yong Gui has served as the independent director for Shanda Games since June 2013. Mr. Gui is a deputy dean, professor and Ph.D. supervisor at Fudan University’s School of Sociology in Shanghai. He also serves in various managerial and academic roles including council member of China Sociology Association (“CSA”), deputy director of CSA’s “Economic Sociology Special Committee,” council member of CSA’s “Social Network and Social Capital Special Committee,” vice general secretary of Shanghai Sociology Association and deputy director of the Shanghai Association of Young Talent for Societal Construction. Mr. Gui has been rewarded as a Shanghai “Shuguang” Scholar and “2010 Shanghai Outstanding New Talent in Social Science”.
Mr. Gui holds a Bachelor degree and a Master degree in Sociology and a Doctoral degree in Economics from Fudan University.
