Alan Qunzhao Tan

Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer Alan Qunzhao Tan has served as the chairman of the board of directors of Shanda Games since May 2009 and chief executive officer since January 2010. He has served as president and chief technology officer of Shanda interactive from April 2008 to January 2010. Prior to this, Mr. Tan was in charge of the game research and development, operations, and infrastructure management centers and, starting in 2005, became president of Shanda Interactive's games business unit. He led the team that successfully launched and operated the massively multi-player online role-playing game (MMORPG), MIR II, and the team that developed and operated the MMORPG WOOOL, which became one of the most successful domestically developed online games. Mr. Tan remains the producer of both games and is leading the teams that are developing the MMORPGs "World Zero" and "Legend of Immortals." Mr. Tan has also served as a member of the board of directors of Shanda Interactive and of Actoz.
Mr. Tan holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from East China University of Science and Technology and an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Peking University.

Tianqiao Chen

Director Tianqiao Chen has served as director of Shanda Games since June 2008. Mr. Chen has served as the chairman of the board of directors and the chief executive officer of Shanda Interactive since its inception in 1999, and has served as the president since January 2010. Mr. Chen also served as director of the office of the president of Kinghing Trust & Investment Co., Ltd from 1998 to 1999, and held various management roles with Shanghai Lujiazui Group from 1994 to 1998.
Mr. Chen serves as a member of the 11th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). He currently serves as vice chairman of the Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce. In addition, he is vice chairman of Shanghai Youth Union, vice president of Shanghai Youth Development Foundation, and vice chairman of Shanghai Information Services Association. He is a member of board of directors at Fudan University.
Mr. Chen holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Fudan University.

Danian Chen

Director Danian Chen has served as director for Shanda Games since June 2008. Mr. Chen has served in various capacities at Shanda Interactive, mostly recently as the chief operating officer beginning in April 2008. Mr. Chen has also served as a member of the board of directors of Shanda Interactive since its inception in 1999. Prior to that, Mr. Chen held various positions with Star Trans International Ltd, Haijie Shipping Agency Company, and Jinyi Network Company from 1996 to 1999.

Andy Lin

Independent Director Andy Lin has served as director for Shanda Games since May 2009. Mr. Lin currently serves as the general manager of China Universal Asset Management Co., Ltd. He previously served as a manager and an assistant director of the listing department of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and served at the CSRC as a regulator.
Mr. Lin obtained a master's degree in economics from Fudan University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.

Heng Wing Chan

Independent Director Heng Wing Chan has served as director for Shanda Games since June 2009. Mr. Chan currently serves as the chief China representative of Temasek Holdings (Pte) Ltd., an investment company based in Singapore and wholly owned by the Singapore Ministry of Finance. Mr. Chan is primarily responsible for managing Temasek's relationships with foreign governments and private enterprises. He previously worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Information of Singapore, including serving in Singapore's Permanent Mission to the United Nations and as Singapore's Ambassador to Thailand for four years. Mr. Chan also served as the press secretary to Prime Minister Goh Chok Tong before serving as Singapore's Consul General in Hong Kong for five years, including the period of Hong Kong's handover to China. Prior to his diplomatic career, Mr. Chan was a television producer and commentator.
Mr. Chan holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy from the University of Singapore and a post graduate degree from Columbia Graduate School of Journalism.

Guoxing Jiang

Independent Director Guoxing Jiang has served as director for Shanda Games since November 2011. Mr. Jiang currently serves as the general manager of Zhejiang Daily Media Group Co., Ltd., formerly named Shanghai Whitecat Shareholding Co., Ltd. He previously served as the vice general manager of Zhejiang Daily Media Holding Group Co., Ltd. and the general manager of Zhejiang Shinkansen Media Investment Co., Ltd. Mr. Jiang also serves as director of Zhejiang Daily Media Group Co., Ltd., chairman of Zhejiang Shinkansen Media Investment Co., Ltd., vice chairman of Zhejiang Dali Technology Co., Ltd., chairman of Zhejiang Yicheng Venture Capital Co., Ltd., director of Dongfang Xingkong Venture Capital Co., Ltd., and director of Zhejiang Wasu Media Network Co., Ltd.
Mr. Jiang was recognized as a "national publicity and culture system talent," as one of the first "Zhejiang publicity and culture system talents," and among the second batch of "leading talents in the national news publishing industry." Mr. Jiang holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Wuhan University.
